Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping policy

We are committed in ensuring that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered. At this time, we ship our products in Canada and United States only.

CANADA: Free standard shipping on orders over $70, applied after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping will be shown at checkout.

UNITED STATES:  At this time, we do not offer free shipping for United States orders.  We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred from United States shipping orders. United States customers are responsible for any additional fees on their order. Shipping charges and delivery dates are determined by the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and shipment's destination. After, the order has been shipped, it may take up to 15 days to arrive. Items in stock will typically ship out in within 3 business days. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Tracking

An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you including instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

 

2. Return, Exchange & Cancelation

Return

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the original shipment date in same as new condition and you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returning or exchanging the item(s). 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as opened nutrition containers, special orders or personalized items.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Coaching, nutrition, and training services rendered are not eligible for refund.

Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. 

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed.
