CANADA: Free standard shipping on orders over $70, applied after discounts and before taxes. 

UNITED STATES:  At this time, we do not offer free shipping for United States orders.  We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred from United States shipping orders. United States customers are responsible for any additional fees on their order. Shipping charges and delivery dates are determined by the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and shipment's destination. After the order has been shipped, it may take up to 15 days to arrive. Items in stock will typically ship out within 3 business days. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Tracking

An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you, including instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the original shipment date in same as new condition and you will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. 

Opened nutrition items are not eligible for refund.
